Blog In Real Life!

I love blogging. It’s so much easier than scrapbooking and it’s a great way to keep a family journal! I can’t tell you how many times we’ve  talked about something that happened and we couldn’t quite remember some detail about a trip, or a school event, or whatever it may be and I say…”Let me check the Blog!” LOL!!! It’s a life saver for “Mommy Brain”! 😛

Jared has been helping me by taking the Blog and putting it into book form so that we can read it and and have it for our family to keep. I don’t know that Blogger will ever go away, but I find comfort in having a hard copy in my hands to reminisce over! 🙂

My Christmas present finally arrived today and I love it! I started blogging in 2009. This is the 3rd one he’s made for me and I love it! Just look at how little the kids were!

It’s funny he chose that photo to be the cover photo. That was one of the saddest Thanksgivings we’ve ever had. I had just had surgery and my parents were having my sister and brother over. We were supposed to go too but Robin was sick and I did not want the flu while recovering so we went to Black Angus for Thanksgiving dinner! It was nice to not have to do any clean up…but it just didn’t feel like the holidays to me. 😛
