Grass Tournament

Alayna has been missing playing volleyball. She decided not to play Club this year. She was starting to get burned out. But a friend of hers told her about a fun grass tournament held in Gilbert and that piqued her interest! Each team has to have at least one girl and it’s pay to win. So everyone puts $5.00 in to play and the winning team wins the pot!!

She got a team together and spend a gorgeous Saturday morning playing volleyball against much older teams. They were the only high school team there.

They had a blast! They learned a lot too. It’s much different than indoor and sand. Grass is SLIPPERY! Sadly they didn’t win but that didn’t stop them from having a great time!

She can’t wait for the next tournament. She’s hooked!!
