August Volleyball Recap

School is back in full swing and volleyball is too!!

Varsity is a whole different beast compared to the Freshman team she was on last year. They have lots of team bonding activities, pic ops for social media posts, special swag for your yard, and lots and lots of practices!!

These girls have grown to be such great friends in such a short amount of time. They’ve welcomed Alayna in with open arms and have made her feel like she’s always been apart of the team! It’s been so heartwarming and I’m so grateful as a Momma to see my daughter make these connections and friendships. Women need women!!! It’s a beautiful thing that happens when women support and cheer each other on! <3

They had a scrimmage before their regular season of games began. The girls did great!

Alayna braided my hair that night so I wanted to show it off. I never wear my hair like this. As you can see Jared was super thrilled about it. Ha!!

Their 1st game was at Williams Field. Every play was a battle! These teams weren’t giving an inch! It was a great way to start off the season.
