September Volleyball Recap

September was a BUSY month for volleyball! It started off with the House of Payne Tournament at Chandler High School and was pretty much non-stop the whole month! These girls played and practiced and worked their tails off!

Walker and Eli came out to support her. It always makes her feel extra special when her big brothers come to watch her play. Sadly, I only have a picture of the back of them in the stands below. Darn it!

The team also had fun at the Hoco assembly!

They played at the Epic Tournament at ASU and tied for 3rd place out of 72 teams!! Here’s a highlight video of Alayna!

Aunt Jonita came to town from Texas and came with Mamaw & Pampa to cheer and support Alayna at her home game against Ironwood Ridge. They were her good luck charms and the team brought home the win!!

The final tournament for the month was out at Legacy Sports Complex for the Nike Tournament. They have been going, and going, and going all month!

They played 8 games and 3 tournaments in September!!! Wow!!!! I don’t know how they kept up the energy and stamina to play so many games and tournaments but somehow they did!

Fall Break is around the corner and these girls definitely earned a little time off!
