No Pain No Gain

Alayna and Walker both had orthodontist appts. today. Walker needed new retainers and after talking to the doctor he also needs a bite retainer for the mornings to help fix some issues he’s oral appliance has given him the last year. He also will most likely need braces again when he comes home from his mission. So frustrating. 🙁 Some lessons are learned the hard way unfortunately. But silver lining!!! Walker’s FAVORITE movie was playing just as we came into the office! LOL!
