September AFROTC Recap

The school year is underway and Eli is working his way through his Senior year. This Semester in AFROTC he’s the Logistics Commander.

His Detachment has made some new changes in how they are operating as well.

“Det 025 is always looking for ways to improve our cadets training. This semester we have introduced an A-staff structure for the Wing. This new structure allows our Wing to improve planning, communication and coordination for all operations. These cadets do a wonderful job at putting service before self to ensuring our detachment achieves excellence!”Arizona State AFROTC Det 025

Eli is also still very much apart of Arnold Air as a Trainer.

Love seeing him in action. Those Cadets look a little worn out from running up hundreds of steps! LOL!

(Eli is 6th in from the left in the back row.)

These Trainers look like they mean business!

It takes a lot of discipline and mental fortitude to make it through and graduate Arnold Air. A lot of Cadets quit and class size shrinks considerably after just a couple of weeks. Some will make it just a week or two shy of graduation. It’s a difficult yet rewarding program. Digging deep and seeing what you’re made of is all apart of the growing process to develop these Cadets into fine Airmen/women.
